why can microsoft not develop a software which has as few bugs as possible?
i think they produce the bugs because they want to sell their new 'security
concept'

That's already been done. As I understand it, switch is working on a security incident response team for Switzerland. It occurs to me that it might be _very much_ in the interest of the Swiss ISPs to get together, if they haven't done so already, and find out what services they plan to offer (e.g. please support us, and we'll try to make sure nobody shuts down the internet and pulls the plug.)
