Hi Marcel Because then you would have to sell it that way to your customers and you could not call it 'full internet access' anymore.
I used to work in a company that offers IT-Services. We have a partner ISP. They one day recently choose to block certain ports without telling the customers. Guess how much customer called us because some applications they were using over the internet did not work anymore...
