Let's say we have IP transit from a provider, and would like to split it between
several customers. Number of customer is small (<10).
Example:

We therefore need some sort of equipment capable of bandwidth limitation or trafic
shaping in our POP.
How would you solve that, which kind of equipment in our POP? Any prefered
manufacturer?
