I don't know of any free GIS data for Switzerland. The official swisstopo data is very expensive and comes with restrictive licenses. As far as I know, public administrations and companies providing electricity, water, gas, cable or telephone are already sharing their map data. I doubt that they do this for free, however. Oliver
