Econophone?! Aargh!

A friend of mine has an SDSL-Line from them (used for business and also
propagated to them that it is for business).
About half a year ago he needed a PTR-Record mapped to his domain for the
static IP which is assigned to him...
After 30 Minutes of explaining the helpdesk what a PTR is, I asked for someone
competent. Answer: "I am the network-engineer of Econophone".
Does anybody wonder why I hung up the phone immeadetely?
AFAIK cancelation of this contract left right after the call. :-)

Maybe their network-engineer has invented something new?
Maybe they are sending .wma-files by Kazaa to communicate with other people
and they think thats VoIP?

No. In this case we (SwiNOG/Techies) _would_ know.
