I noticed that IP Worldcom seem to also provide a SIP based service but that it is not restricted to their network and that anyone can join as long as they have a SIP enabled phone.

Note that the info is in french http://www.worldcom.ch/

Still doesn't tell me if FixNet Wholesale does authorise the use of their network for this type of service or not.

At least one company, Intertel, resells ADSL lines and ensures good
enough quality to replace an E1 to their H.323 or SIP server,
at least that's what the say.

I haven't yet tried Voice-over-IP on ADSL yet.

(Not affiliated with them; however having worked with them on a very small
project).
