Greeting!
Well I would sure like to attend, but physical will not allow it It does bring
to mind lots of great memories!
I started a radio club mostly short wave and BCB. However we had sections fo FM
a nd TV as well. We had month;y get togethers, and pulled in a nice regional
group of DXers. Ricky Bledsoe from near Springfield, MO, Loony Roger Giannin
from Illinois, Richard Wood drove up from Cape Girardeay, MO and Richard Pistek
came down from Chicage.
We had antenna wire all over my yard, and we all laughed a lot while having a
great time! Rich Eddie and I sold lots of junque at carport sales ro fund the
newslatters and get food for the meetings, REALLY IT WAS A BLAST!!
I need to reread my SLIDX newsletters again as they are loaded with humor!
