It was clear to me this past Swlfest that the new owners were downgrading the place. The service and atmosphere this year was sub-par. They fired 98% of the staff that we had all come to know and grown old with over the last 20 years or so, and replaced them with illegal, underpaid workers who were more than eager to tell me their stories.
