Hello, I got underway around 10 AM after visiting the local BJs and picking up a Roku box. I got home at 4:30 PM after stopping at a store and visiting a friend for a half hour. Some downpours and slightly rough going up to and around NY city, but the rain lightened up and stopped by the time I got into the Boston area. Sunday is one of the only times I consider going over the George Washington Bridge.
Great fest. I need to send in the survey as I forgot. It is a difficult decision, but I say have the fest in Plymouth Meeting next year. Also consider adding an extra day as was done for the 20th. The only advantage with Kulpsville is the ability to put up antennas. While this is a good thing, I see the fest more as a social event with some educational aspects, rather than a DXpedition. The lack of antennas can be worked around and maybe not as important anyway. I do not know if I can get good Clear 4G service in Kulpsville like I can at Plymouth Meeting. I would consider going back to Kulpsville if the service and banquet food improved with the remodeling. I doubt it. I think the fest organizers have done a great job keeping the prices down, so I will not complain about a price increase.
