Hello,

I brought my Cradlepoint router because of the experience at Kulpsville a few
years ago dealing with WiFi Radio and their network. The Doubletree has a
logon page that WiFi Radios can not get around, so the Cradlepoint saved the
day. I could connect to the Cradlepoint in my room 4 floors above, but it was
very poor. I should get an adapter for the external wi-fi antenna I have.

I broke my old Cradlepoint the week before the fest. I found a refrub one from
the Cradlepoint Store on Ebay for half price. It am sure fixing the old one
would cost the same.

I am switching over from Verizon EVDO to Clear 4G. The Cradlepoint supports
both. The Clear 4G+ USB modem I used at the Doubletree works on both Sprint 3G
and Clear 4G networks. I was glad I got a solid 4G connection at the
DoubleTree. I did buy a antenna for the Clear 4G+ USB Modem, but did not need
it.

Using 4G is also better because 3G has a 5GB traffic cap and 4G is unlimited.
