I've been using a "mail merge" process with notifications and links to all those who registered for this past weekend's Fest.
I found out along the way that some of the e-mails wound up in spam folders courtesy of your e-mail providers. For example, about an hour ago I sent out an e-mail with all the recording links for the Fest. If you didn't see that e-mail, and you were registered for the Fest, check your spam folder to see if it was sent there, and train your spam filter (f possible) to avoid diverting e-mail related to the Fest.
