I remember the real bad ice storm in 2003! In general the weather since the move to March has been better. I seem to remember bad weather either going to or coming from every February fest! I did not go to the first fest due to bad weather. Last year I think I came down a day early or overnighted somewhere to miss the winter storm that hit New England. I am thinking this year of a side trip to Cecil Co, MD before going to the fest. I drove through this rural county last year on the drive home and saw a number of interesting birds.
