Here I go to the fest, for the first time in 30+ years1 of shortwave listening 
, expecting to be brought up to date on everything, EVERYTHING of possible 
interest to the shortwave listener, and information of this magnitude was not 
broadly disseminated.  What a disillusioning experience!
