Compare line 1, word 4, und <vnd> with line 5, word 10, vor <vor>. The 
same character <v> appears at the beginning of both.

'u' as <u> appears in line 1, word 5, <blut>, line 1, word 12, <zeuget>, 
etc. I didn't spot any medial examples of <v>.

The only examples of the capital, <V> are found in the word Und <Vnd> 
(line 1, word 6 and elsewhere).
