It would seem so, but I have the latest locales, and my environment is
set up correctly as far as I can see. There is now an independent
report of this occurring at 2300 as well.
I did not mean SWORD's locale, but the determination of the user's
locale and the need to do number shaping when it is 'fa'
I'm not familiar with the code to do this.
