As seen coming out of the engine, this is what Xiphos is given to work with. Notice the opening <i>, 3 lines down, which is not closed. Bear in mind that HTML tags nest, so the (useless) <i></i> at the bottom does not close the preceding isolated <i>. The Son of man goeth, even as it is written of him: but woe unto that man through whom the Son of man is [1] betrayed! good were it [2] for that man if he had not been born. <i> <a href="passagestudy.jsp?action=showNote&type=n&value=1&module=ASV&passage=Matthew+26%3A24"> <small> *n </small> </a> <i></i> This comes about due to the module markup, which is in error: The Son of man goeth, even as it is written of him: but woe unto that man through whom the Son of man is<RF>1<Rf> betrayed! good were it<RF>2<Rf> for that man if he had not been born. <FI><RF>1) See marginal note on Mt 10:4. 2) Gr <FI>for him if that man<Fi> <Rf> See 2 lines up, <FI>, which has no closing <Fi>. The bottom note RF...FI...Fi...Rf does not affect that erroneous opening. _______________________________________________ sword-devel mailing list: sword-devel@crosswire.org http://www.crosswire.org/mailman/listinfo/sword-devel Instructions to unsubscribe/change your settings at above page
