*R. Universitaria, Cobija, Bolivia, active again on 4732 Jan 14-15
*Brazilian army has jungle warfare show on R. Difusora, Manaus, 4805, 
 Sundays 1000-1045
*Radio Cultura, São Paulo, confirmed active on 17815; also on 9615 
 with program about Portuguese language, Saturdays at 0900 UT
*WMLK, 9265, off the air due to antenna damage by ice storm
*Radio Weather caught running 4-year-old FCC `news`; we do not 
 consider it a DX program
*La Mirada approves rebuilding KFI radio tower despite hazard to 
 nearby airport
*KTTL 105.7 tower east of Alva, OK, top half is not lit, aviation 
 hazard
*2000-foot tower near Little Rock for KATV-7 and KETS-2 collapses
*KOOP, 91.7, community radio in Austin, off the air following third 
 fire in two years; this one arson
*CKZU SW 6160 from Vancouver at risk if CBU 690 moves to FM as applied

*Radio Pakistan cancels nine external broadcasts [not five as I 
 misspoke], including English at 0045-0115, 0730-0830; reschedules

*All India Radio, Kurseong, 4895, puts excellent signal into England 
 with news in English at 1530; heard at same time in Alberta
*China National Radio-2, English program at 1327 on 6090 via Geermu, 
 not in Tibet, heard in Missouri, as well as Qinghai PBS, 4220, in 
 Tibetan at 0000
*PBS Xinjiang, 4330, heard around 0000 in England
*Sichuan PBS, Chengdu, 6060 at 1100 heard in California, without 
 English IDs
*KCBS North Korea, off-frequency on 6101.22 at 1550
*V. of Korea in Japanese at 1035 also off-frequency, 6071.22
