The recorder is no longer packaged with SWTBot 2.0. If you want to use the recorder, you'll need to go back to 1.3, but note that the recorder support is nowhere complete.
On another note, using record and playback is not a really good idea. I'd recommend the page object/screen object pattern as described here: http://ketan.padegaonkar.name/2008/06/21/reusing-functional-tests-part-1.html http://code.google.com/p/webdriver/wiki/PageObjects -- Ketan On 22-Oct-08, at 6:33 PM, nawaz ahmed wrote: > Hello Kethan, > I have downloaded the Latest plugins of SWTbot i.e SWTBot 2.0 > plugins but still I am not able to find > the recorder class(net.sf.swtbot.recorder) > > Could you please let me know where the recorder jar file or class > is stored in SWTBot > and also let know how do you start this recorder. > > I know this is the path of the recorder (net.sf.swtbot.recorder) > but I was unable to find this recorder in this > path(net.sf.swtbot.recorder) in the eclipse 3.4 > > Please check the attachment.
