Ooops, I just noticed the main wiki page http://trac.symfony-project.com/wiki
has a list of translated docs.

However, I would suggest to create wiki/Documentation as well, for a
better navigation experience.
Translation list could be moved there with all Documentation focused
resources such as http://trac.symfony-project.com/wiki/Documentation/HowTo
.

Additionally, as described in my previous message, not all Docs follow
guidelines provided here 
http://trac.symfony-project.com/wiki/Documentation/HowTo
and guidelines are missing information about which other resources
could/should/must be published (such as discussion pages).

Any feedback?
