Hi If I find a bug, or think I can fix a bug (as I might need to for a
feature I need for example), then what are the guidelines so I can
share my work with others?

I'm expecting a "Guidelines for Symfony contributors", something along
the lines of:

"To contribute to the Symfony code base you need to do the following
things:

1. Access to trac
The most fundamental thing is to have access to trac ... to do
this ...

2. SVN Setup
First, set up a local svn working copy of the codebase. This can be
found here.... Decide

3. Contributing Fixes
If there is a bug that you think you have fixed, it needs to be
submitted as a patch. To do this, .....

4. Contributing Fixes to Plugins
To contribute a fix to a plugin, proceed as follows....
"

Does such a document exist?

Thanks for a great framework!
