First, I am sorry if my question may seems stupid :

I created 2 tickets, 3 weeks ago :

* Ticket #5523 (new defect)
* Ticket #5522 (new defect)

After posting in the user mailing list to get help. Finally, It seems
i found 2 bugs. One is easy, the other ones strange.

I submitted patches for both of them.

I upgraded my tickets 2 days ago after upgrading to the last
development version (1.2 branch).

Currently, both tickets have not been reviewed and are still
considered as new.

Any reason why ? It will help me understand the process.
