thanks for contributing to symfony. The problem is that we have a huge  
backlog of work to be done.
People are asking for jobeet going live, 1.3 roadmap and even 2.0  
roadmap. Besides that we currently have 1072 tickets waiting for  
attention in trac.

Yes a patch makes it a lot easier for use to fix an issue. the problem  
is that we want to understand the issue first, because very often  
patches just fix the symptoms of issues for specific use cases.
But we want to fix the root cause of the problem to fix it for  
everybody. And many tickets just address symptoms.
With respect to your tickets this looks exactly the issue with your  
patches. However I cannot judge this, because i am not very much into  
the admin generator.

Don't get me wrong, we really appreciate patches, patches with tests  
and so on, but that is no guarantee that anyone of us can fix it   
within days.
Please continue to contribute, but accept that it might take some time
