Hi symfony Dev's

I think the problem relates to the change in the package.xml file
I managed to chage the error message as follows:
I downloaded the 1.0.1 version as .tar.gz and unpacked it. I took an
md5sum from the package.xml file and updated that same package (I
wonder if this would change the md5sum of the file again).
I tar the folder with the updated package.xml file and re-run the
symfony plugin:install command and I get the following error:
Unable to initialize channel "Unknown channel: "
Seems like the channel is empty somehow.

Any help greatly appreciated!
