Hi Fabian,

I completely agree with you, though I would like to propose that we
send the leads of the abandoned plugins a message before we toss them
in the bin. Plus we need to come up with timeframes that we consider
inactivity. For example I recently published a first minor release of
a plugin but haven't had the time to work on it since. Would this one
for example be considered inactive with no users: symfony-project.org/
plugins/rsfResponseValidatorPlugin ?

Kudos for the effort to clean it up, I think that having a more
"stable" plugin area can only benefit the community.

Kindest regards,

Marijn
