I think we should create a special status for maintained, quality plugins.

Once the plugin has this special promotion he can have a component
status and users can use symfony bug tracker system for them.

The only problem is (and we already discussed about it in the past)
how can be workflow/process of giving this special "premium" status.

I think we should add a "i want to become "premium"" button in plugin
system could be added.

Then a "mentor group" of dev would be in charge of checking the
quality of source/doc/test ... then submit a form.

Once enough form have been submitted and note is enough the plugin
gain his new status.

With his new promotion trac is available and maybe more nice options
like pdf generated doc or other.

So we could start with an actual situation with 0 "premium" plugin and
close every bug related to those plugins (after a delay to let the
lead dev process for the "premium" status)

What do you think ?
