Woot. I like fixes/changes/etc. The doc in the SVN/GIT is actually a lot more than I needed to get started. You may even consider a page on http://symfony-reloaded.org/ once everything is caught up.
I am loving the architecture changes. Symfony 2.0 rocks. I am willing to do more testing, and even write some non-critical/fun apps with this in order to get the hang of it. I'll keep you guys informed of any issues I uncover.
