Can we expect any more preview releases? Or should I be trying to setup my own
sandbox for 2.0?

If so, anyone have any kind of an outline for setting up a sandbox from the
GIT/SVN source? It seems the instructions in the README for doctrine entities
is not working in the PR1 release of 2.0. If not, I wouldn't mind trying to
write up some documentation on this if someone can point me in the correct
direction.
