I don't really see why it's more correct, I think it just feels more
natural to all of us because you started defining core bundles on top
and userland bundles on the bottom, but that's just a matter of habit.

As there is nothing in the context that could make you guess in which
way the override is gonna work, so I think following the
routing/autoloading rules makes more sense.
