Ok i have to revert my opinion now that henrik brings DBAL security up
again (for good!) ;-)

I think we need a third namespace Symfony\Tieins that contains all the
code with external dependencies that are NOT bundles. Doctrine is not a
small dependency. If we start to depend on it everywhere in Syfmony this
means MongoDB, CouchDB and ORM layers are supported. This can be
potentially lots of code.
