Zend\Log has a dependency on Zend\Config which means symfony
indirectly has a dependency on Zend\Config
Zend\Log has an *optionnal* dependency to Zend\Config and Symfony
configures the logger *without *using Zend\Config. So you don't have the
dependency to Zend\Config.
I'm currently working with a project which only has Zend\Log in the code
and it works well. If the dependency was mandatory it would be broken.
