Isn't it suppost to be that the you add the CMSBundle (and its
bundles) to the AppKernel (since it influences your Symfony
framework).
You can then implement an extension system yourself for your CMS. SF
is not the CMS, so if you require CMS functionality you should
implement that yourself.
