Just to let you know, I commited the fix! I found how to build translit.ser from unicode.org provided data: https://github.com/nicolas-grekas/Patchwork-UTF8/commit/1f12e246e30f6ef597b0dc0872ee15a418c4f943 I also cleaned up the git history, so license wise, everything should be OK now.
