Something like inputing French accent characters? If that's the case, yes, I can. What I did was copy some french text and pasted it in a php document and all is showing correctly (too much trouble to put french input language). I am on Mac OS X with the latest Zend Studio. I think you need to make sure that under Proferences -> Desktop -> Appearance you select the default encoding to UTF-8 and use UTF-8 to encode you source files. Then you should be OK, no?
