I know the question of naming plugins came up a few weeks back.

Am I right in saying that plugins considered part of symfony have an
sf prefix and the rest dont ? If so, can we pick any two letter prefix
for a plugin (assuming its not being used already) ?

This particular plugin uses a library of functions provided by another
vendor which you're supposed to apply for access to and then download
separately - how should I handle that situation?

Also, what is the standard procedure to get plugins documented and
made available on the plugins page?
