The code dealing with forms was completely re-worked between version
1.0 and 1.1. Version 1.2 is compatible with version 1.1. There is
absolutely no point using 1.1 for anything at this point. Either you
use 1.0 or you use 1.2. Version 1.0 offers a simple style with forms,
and it offers a lot of documentation (the paper version of the book is
for version 1.0). Version 1.2 has all the latest features. It was
initially behind 1.0 in terms of documentation, but it has now mostly
caught up.
