I haven't had any issues getting that particular bundle to work in PR12 (although I've had my own issues with it). Have you run bin/build_bootstrap.php? This needs to be done after framework upgrades. I'd also make sure your Symfony cache has been completely cleared as well. I've had the dev cache cause weird problems after upgrades before.
