In my Configuration.php the method looks like this:

    public function getConfigTree()
    {
        $treeBuilder = new TreeBuilder();
        $rootNode = $treeBuilder->root('fos_user', 'array');

        $rootNode
            ->scalarNode('db_driver')->cannotBeOverwritten()-
>isRequired()->cannotBeEmpty()->end() // <- this is line 29
            ->scalarNode('provider_key')->isRequired()-
>cannotBeEmpty()->end();

        $this->addClassSection($rootNode);
        $this->addServiceSection($rootNode);
        $this->addEncoderSection($rootNode);
        $this->addFormNameSection($rootNode);
        $this->addFormValidationGroupsSection($rootNode);
        $this->addEmailSection($rootNode);
        $this->addTemplateSection($rootNode);

        return $treeBuilder->buildTree();
    }

The firewall_name doesn't exist anymore in current version of the user
bundle.
