Not sure which error you are getting, but on my computer the problem was  
with the
multidimensional decorator failing for lists. This works for me:

from sympy import *

class ImplicitFunction(Function):

     def __new__(cls, Fstr, vars):
         vars = tuple(vars)
         obj = Function.__new__(cls, Fstr, *vars)
         return obj


var("x y z")
f = ImplicitFunction("f", [x, y, z])
print f

------------

it prints:

ImplicitFunction(f, x, y, z)
