So you don't need iam_sympy_example to do that.  I took it out.

Add a bunch of docstings and a potential python runner that might work  
better with the testing infrastructure.

Some comments on different examples:
  * Combined fem.py and fem_test.py, they really didn't seem like they  
needed to be separated, the code could use some
documentation though
  * trees.py -- what is this suppose to do?
  * relativity.py and qft.py -- some references from someone in the know  
would be nice
