New issue 1247 by [email protected]: LaTeX name parameter for symbols
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=1247

When creating a symbol it would be nice to specify a custom LaTeX name for
the symbol, to be
used when printing it. So one would be able to do
f = Symbol('Fnet', 'F_{net}',...),
and when the expression is output as LaTeX F_{net} will be used, otherwise
Fnet.
