http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=636

This issue was fixed by merging 'ratint' branch:

http://git.sympy.org/?p=sympy.git;a=commit;h=c5e6ef1eb2c1e2e00679b6cdd347ac4bde2a800f

Example:

In [1]: integrate(1/(x**2+1), x)
Out[1]: atan(x)
