New issue 1324 by henjo2006: Latex printing of matrices is not working

There is a bug in the Matrix latex printing code where the non-existing
_inline attribute was used instead of settings['inline'].
A patch is attached that fixes the bug and adds a test-case for Matrix
latex printing
