pushed more changes to 1501...see notes below.

OPEN QUESTIONS REMAINING
[ ] DummyNumber, resp. it's --> ?should `resp.` be `esp.` (for especially)?
and
     That appears in:

     sympy\core\tests\test_basic.py: methods of this class DummyNumber,
resp. its
     subclasses I5 and F1_1.

     I don't understand the abbreviation. Does it mean 'respectively'? If
so, it's not
     being used in the normal sense afaict. I wouldn't know what to do given
these
     docstring comments. If someone could rephrase, that would be great.

[ ] for file holen->for file, hole_n?
     That appears in:

     sympy\logic\tests\test_dimacs.py:c DESCRIPTION: Pigeon hole problem of
placing n
      (for file holen) pigeons

     This is in a parenthetical problem about the pigen hole problem. I have
no idea
     what the phrase "for file holen" means.

[.] rnd if necessary->round if necessary?
     This appears in the mpmath directory so I will ignore it.

     sympy\mpmath\libmpf.py: """Create a raw mpf from a rational number
p/q, rnd i
     f
