Comment #10 on issue 1501 by asmeurer: documentation day issues

I am a native English speaker, so I looked over these.

From the New Oxford American Dictionary included with Mac OS X,
respectively means "separately or individually and in the
order already mentioned (used when enumerating two or more items or facts
that refer back to a previous statement) : they
received sentences of one year and eight months, respectively."

Given this, I would say neither resp. nor esp. makes sense in the context.
From what I can tell, it should say something like
:

...one has to implement at least the methods of this class DummyNumber, and
for subclasses those of I5 and F1_1.

I don't know much about subclassing Number, though. Is this correct?

For the Pigeon Hole, the problem is from files named holen, (e.g., hole5)
at the ftp site listed at the top of the file. This
probably should be made clearer. Also, I don't know how to read the files
there, but giving the particular n for the holen
that this test is taken from would be better. Do you know Fabian?

Based on the other docstrings in the mpmath file, I would say rnd means
round. Note that this is a mpmath change, so it
maybe should be done upstream. Also note that rnd is the name of a keyword
argument to the function in question.
