Comment #19 on issue 1598 by smichr: New polynomials manipulation module

Was I right in deleting trim and cancel from simplify, Matteusz?

Also, factor still should be doing something different. It's failing to
factor this
function:

>>> from  sympy import *
>>> var('a x')
(a, x)
>>> f21 = (1 - x)**2*(4 + x)/((2 + x)*(a + x))
>>> f=diff(f21,x,3)
>>> type(factor(f))
<class 'sympy.core.add.Add'>  <=== we should have gotten a Mul

>>> n,d=f.as_numer_denom()
>>> type(factor(n))
<class 'sympy.core.mul.Mul'>  <=== it *is* factorable

>>> factor(f)==f.expand()
True <=== but factor(f) is not factoring it
