Comment #1 on issue 1871 by asmeurer: Google Code mirror of SymPy HG
repository

What's so special about the Google interface? You can browse the official
repo through git's own instaweb
interface here: http://git.sympy.org/?p=sympy.git
They may not be as updated all the time because they are personal
repositories and have to be updated manually
by whoever owns them, but github has a pretty nice interface. For example,
my repository is here:
http://github.com/asmeurer/sympy/commits/master
How well does git translate into HG anyway?
Another idea, though it would be more for backup purposes if Ondrej's
server ever goes kaput: would it be
possible to host the git repository inside the Google SVN repository. That
is, whenever you do a svn checkout, it
pulls not only the most recent source, as SVN is opt to do, but also
the .git folder with all the latest history too?
I'm not nearly enough of a git guru to know if this would work or how to
make it work.
