Ronan, with monkey-patching, do you mean defining new variables in a module from outside the module (similar for classes). I think it is unavoidable in this case due to the imports. It can indeed be moved to monkey-patching in the classes, but it is a subtle discussion between different levels of ugliness. It is not really the concern of this issue. I was just very confused by the inappropriate use of CamelCase and
