I don't exactly understand how the 'Index' class would work. Inheriting
from Symbol sounds bad to me. This is basically just a number somewhere.
Perhaps a better solution would be to use something like the 'Indexed'
class from ginac[0]. Then array type things could either inherit from this
or contain one.
I will look around I once had some code doing something like this.
