New issue 2016 by christian.muise: Merge the known_fact_* data structures
into a single class.

As per discussion on the forum [1], the known_fact_* data structures
should be unified into a single class to keep things clear. This will also
allow for modification / updating of all of them at once. Multiple forms of
known_fact_* were introduced with the branch [2].
