Yes, you use l'Hopital's rule for that limit at 0, not infinity. Nicholas is correct with the bounded part. Just be careful with whatever rule you implement. Something I learned from real analysis: sometimes a rule will always be true when a limit exists, but it will sometimes also be true when the limit doesn't exist, giving you a false limit when you apply it.
